We believe in rounding out training, nutrition, supplements and lifestyle habits in to one properly planned program for each client. Deanna is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and has been a part of the fitness industry for 7 years now. Starting as an athlete as a young child playing provincial level soccer and basketball, health has always been an integral part of her life. After university, she decided to pursue her love for health by graduating as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Her passion for athletic performance skyrocketed in plans to compete in the 2014 Crossfit East Regionals. Deanna focuses with her clients are achieving fat loss along with performance and optimal health.
